What data we collect

Only what you voluntarily provide through the information-request form: full name, city and country, phone number, email address, information about your household and the message you write.

We do not collect data automatically and we do not use tracking cookies on the site's public pages.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the sole purpose of handling your request for information about our litters and puppies, and any contact that follows from it.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and sending the request. You may withdraw it at any time.

How your data is sent

The form does not store your data on any server of ours: on submit, WhatsApp opens with a pre-written message that you send to us. The transfer therefore happens through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), under its own terms and privacy policy.

We receive that message on the kennel's phone and keep it as a WhatsApp conversation.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, manage the possible reservation and placement of a puppy. We then delete it, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. The only technical intermediary is WhatsApp, as a communication channel. We would only disclose data to the authorities where legally required.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to valenciarottweilers@hotmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable rules.
